Fee Information for WHECC 2026

Room 1 Nursery

*Age 8 months to 2 years

Long Day Care Daily Fee: $196

Room 2 Toddler

*must turn 2 by the 30th of April to access our Toddler Program

Room 3 Kinder

*Children must turn 3 by the 30th of April to access our Kinder Program

  • Long Day Care Daily Fee: $196
  • Long Day Care with Free Funded Kinder Daily Fee: $196

*No extra charge for kinder when WHECC is nominated for kinder funding. When received from the Department a $2101 refund will be credited to families’ account when WHECC is nominate as their kinder year.

  • Long Day Care with Non-Funded Kinder Daily Fee: $206

*Extra charge for kinder when WHECC is not nominated for kinder funding

Please Note: Parents can only nominate one service to receive kinder funding

Late Collection of Children

  • $10.00 per minute after 6pm for the first two late collection within a three-month period.
  • $20.00 per minute after 6pm for third and subsequent late collection within a three-month period.

Daily fee includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, late snack and nappies.

Fees are payable on all public holidays that fall on a normal operation day.

Fees are not charged during the two week annual closure over the Christmas, New Year period.

This will take you to our waiting list site where you will need to register your details by creating a new account.

A $100.00 non refundable application fee is payable upon registration.

 Please note the waiting list application is not complete until payment has been received.

Acceptance Enrolment Fee

  • $100 Refunded once enrolment commences on the child’s first day.

Not refunded if enrolment does not commence and parents pull out of accepting the position.

Once we have received your application form and the application fee has been paid, your application will be activated.

When a vacancy is available, families will be contacted with an offer.

Families will have 24 hours to accept or reject the offer.

If the offer is accepted the centre will commence enrolment procedures.

Is it your responsibility to ensure your details remain current within the waiting list system.

Please note: Vacancies within the 8 month – 3 year old age groups are in high demand. We recommend families register on the waiting list well in advance of care being required.
